Breakneck Cakes (Fall & Spring) were made in celebration of Beacon Open Studios. A scale topography of the Hudson Highlands from Breakneck Ridge to Mount Beacon to Fishkill Ridge rendered in cake. The work is a playful gesture towards consuming the landscape.
